Phaos Santorini Suites sits on the quieter, eastern side of Imerovigli, among vineyards and olive groves rather than on the crowded caldera rim. Its eighteen suites, in seven types, are built in traditional Cycladic style and have been freshly renovated with a deliberately minimal interior that lets the island’s light and landscape lead.
Every suite has a private balcony or veranda looking out over the Aegean, and several have their own hot tub. The day here begins with the sunrise rather than the sunset — a calmer, more personal rhythm, with Fira a fifteen-minute walk away.
